Main route Yawata

It takes 30 minutes on the JR Kyoto Line Rapid Express train or 40 minutes by Hankyu or Keihan Super-express trains to get from Kyoto and Osaka.
You may see Yodo River and Mt. Tennozan from the window of the train, but there are many things and places worth visiting. I recommend you to go to Yawata City. Yawatashi Station is on the Keihan Train Line that runs from Osaka’s Yodoyabashi Station to Kyoto’s Demachiyanagi Station. There is a cable station for Iwashimizu Hachimangu Shrine in front of Yawatashi Station.
